We started building homes here in Southern Arizona in 2002. We’re family owned and operated and we strive to keep our staff small, not only so that you the home purchaser incurs less cost, but also because that’s what keeps our quality guaranteed.

Alex Ross, CEO:
Alex has been a Tucsonan for years. Having moved to Southern Arizona from Canada over twenty years ago, he’s familiar with the landscape and special qualities that a home in Southern Arizona should posses to make the most of its beautiful Sonoran desert surroundings. His special touch ensures that you bring a bit of the desert ambiance as well as contemporary comforts into your home.
Michael Ross, COO:
Michael and Alex not only are partners in your home building experience, but they are the ultimate father and son team. Much like Alex, Michael has a keen eye for comfort, practicality, flexibility, with just the right touch to make your home special and a place that you can proudly host family gatherings and dinner with friends.
Debbie Alvarez, Office Manager:
Debbie is located at our Ina office. She is in the middle of both in-office and field operations. She communicates with potential and current home purchasers, subcontractors, utility companies, you name it! Always warm and friendly, she will answer any questions you may have or direct you to any of the field staff that can do so.
